Agreement to Terms and Conditions. By participating in and utilizing the information exchanged within Chermollist, administered by Chermol and Fishman LLC, I hereby acknowledge my acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This agreement serves as a mutual understanding between myself and Chermol and Fishman LLC, replacing any prior agreements of a similar nature. I am aware that access to Chermollist is a membership privilege granted by Chermol and Fishman LLC and may be rescinded should I violate the stipulations outlined in this agreement. I also commit to endorsing the terms of this agreement annually or as deemed appropriate by the organization.
I further acknowledge that upon registration, I will receive an initial email containing the Rules and Guidelines of Chermollist. I hereby agree to abide by and adhere to the Rules and Guidelines enclosed in that email. Practice Kindness: Strive to be friendly and supportive in your interactions. Fostering a positive atmosphere enhances the list’s value.
Avoid Defamation: Stick to verifiable facts and legitimate questions when discussing individuals or entities. Refrain from making defamatory statements that could harm someone’s reputation.
Postings regarding the Judiciary: When making a post to Chermollist to inquire about a local, state, or federal judge, please refrain from engaging in direct and hostile personal attacks. If you wish to provide feedback or criticism regarding any judge, kindly communicate privately and directly with the individual who made the inquiry. It’s important to note that critiques of judges should not be shared on Chermollist or any related forums.
Assumption of Risk and Liability: You are responsible for the content you post and assume all risks and liabilities associated with your contributions. You indemnify all list members, Chermol & Fishman LLC, and David Chermol for any potential defamatory posts, reposts, or replies.
